These large, full-color posters are adapted from the Surgeon General’s Report on Bone Health and Osteoporosis: What It Means to You booklet. “Falls break bones” explains how to make your home safer and gives other tips to help prevent falls. “Find out if you are at risk for weak bones” is a checklist of risk factors for weak bones. “Protect your bones. Make your home safe from falls” provides a list of ways to make your home safer from falls. Large pictures also highlight areas of risk in your home. Each poster may also be ordered in Spanish.
